I’ve used this app since 2021 and it used to be user-friendly, but recent updates are terrible. The system fails to verify bank details—even after uploading my account statement and a screenshot showing my name and account number (plus, you're limited to just 1 photo). Updating the W-8BEN/tax form is also broken because it can't access the camera. Avoid this app until withdrawal setup is fixed, or your money will be stuck. Goodluck to you all!

They have the best service! Whenever I ask for help, they reply quickly. I also never have problems with deposits and withdrawals because the process is very easy and smooth. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service!
